DEVELOPMENT OF SCAFFOLDING COMPETENCY MODULE BASED ON TG20 STANDARD
The scaffolding industry has evolved over time, and in Malaysia, the framework for scaffolding competency is overseen by DOSH. In line with the new directive from the regulatory authority, it is imperative to update the module to align with the TG20 standard. This adjustment aims to support the industry and reduce the incident trend in Scaffolding industry.
In response to this, Teras Universal, Hopedwell Training Academy, IKBN, and Petronas collaborated in a workshop to finalize and present the module development to DOSH. Simultaneously, the goal was to gain a clear understanding of DOSH’s requirements, ensuring that all modules remain aligned with their core objectives and are successfully implemented.
