Overall project management of HSES comprises of :
- Managing the overall process of HSES as per legal requirement such as inspection, audit, walkabout and etc
- Perform testing as required by statutory such as machinery inspection, noise assessment, chemical health risk assessment, water quality, air quality and etc
- Provide analysis for leading and lagging indicators for Client and Authority. Propose the cost effective solution without compromising HSES in an operations.
- Supply competent manpower such as HSE Manager, HSE Officer, HSE Supervisor, OSH coordinator, security and etc.
- Managing the access egress boundary from any trespasses by introduce experience and well verse security team.
- Act as middle person between client, authority and other stakeholder in matter related to NCR/ SWO/ UCUA and etc.
